Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GetAnyTask, we strive to create a trusted, fair environment for both Clients and Taskers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, disputes, and refunds are handled on our platform.

By using GetAnyTask, you agree to the terms below.


🔄 Task Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by the Client (Before Task Starts)

  • You may cancel a task at any time before the Tasker begins work.

  • If you cancel before the task is accepted or started, a full refund will be issued, excluding service fees, which are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations by the Client (After Task Has Started)

  • If you cancel after the Tasker has started the task, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

  • GetAnyTask will review the cancellation request and determine the refund amount fairly.

3. Cancellations by the Tasker

  • If a Tasker cancels a task after accepting it, you will receive a full refund of your payment, including the platform service fee.

  • Taskers who cancel frequently may face penalties or account suspension.


💳 Refund Policy

1. Task Not Completed or Poorly Performed

  • If a task is not completed to the agreed standard, you may request a refund within 3 days of the task’s marked completion.

  • You must provide clear evidence (messages, files, screenshots) to support your claim.

  • We will mediate between you and the Tasker. If the Tasker is at fault, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the situation.

2. Task Completed and Approved

  • Once a task is marked as “Completed” and approved by the Client, the payment is released to the Tasker.

  • No refunds will be issued after this point unless there is clear evidence of fraud or misconduct.


🛡️ Dispute Resolution

  • If a dispute arises, both parties must cooperate with GetAnyTask’s support team.

  • We aim to resolve disputes within 7 business days.

  • Our decision will be final in most cases, but users may appeal decisions with additional evidence.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

  • Platform service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Work already delivered or time already spent on a task is non-refundable, unless proven to be fraudulent or completely unsatisfactory.


⏱️ Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • All refunds are returned to the original payment method.


❗ Abuse of Refund System

Accounts showing a pattern of excessive cancellations or refund abuse may face:

  • Account warnings

  • Task restrictions

  • Suspension or permanent ban

We take platform abuse seriously to protect our freelancers and service providers.
