Welcome to GetAnyTask! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and services ("Services") provided by GetAnyTask ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using GetAnyTask, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use GetAnyTask, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account to post or accept tasks.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3. Platform Use

GetAnyTask connects users (“Clients”) who need services with independent contractors or freelancers (“Taskers”). We are not a party to any direct contract between Clients and Taskers. We do not supervise, direct, or control any Tasker.

You acknowledge that:

• All agreements for services are between the Client and the Tasker.

• Taskers are not employees or agents of GetAnyTask.

• GetAnyTask does not guarantee task quality, safety, or outcomes.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, or misleading content

• Discriminate or harass other users

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings

• Circumvent payment or communication on-platform

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these rules.

5. Payments and Fees

• Clients must fund tasks before they begin. Payment is held securely until completion.

• Taskers receive payment after the task is marked as completed and accepted.

• We charge a service fee to both Clients and Taskers, disclosed at the time of posting or accepting a task.

• GetAnyTask is not liable for disputes, cancellations, or refunds — but we offer support and mediation where needed.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by task. If a task is canceled before it begins:

• A refund may be issued, minus service fees.
  If a Tasker fails to complete a task:

• You may be eligible for a refund. Contact our support for help.

We reserve the right to withhold refunds for incomplete, disputed, or violated terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GetAnyTask — including logos, text, software, and graphics — is owned or licensed by us. Users may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Taskers retain ownership of the work they create, unless otherwise agreed with the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetAnyTask shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Lost profits or data

• Disputes between users

We provide the platform “as is” with no warranties or guarantees.

9. Privacy

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Your Country/State, without regard to conflict of law principles.
